CS 100
All purpose medium evaporating water miscible wash for use on both sheetfed and web presses. In one step, CS 100 effectively removes ink and contaminants from rollers and blankets. It does not require a water rinse, but can be used with water to remove paper lint and coating. CS 100 can be used on automatic blanket wash systems for sheetfed and coldest web presses. CS 100 will not break the web in its undiluted state. Do not use CS 100 on automatic blanket wash systems for heatset web presses. CS 100 can be diluted with water to help with the removal of water soluble contaminants.

Effectively removes calcium glazing and build-up from the rollers. CAL FREE is formulated with powerful calcium dissolving chemicals that quickly remove unwanted build up. When used as a general maintenance tool for weekly clean-ups, it will completely eliminate calcium related problems such as ink stripping and poor ink transfer.
