Step 1
Clean
To remove surface residues and assure uniform etching/polishing. Non-aggressive, effective on post-processing soils.
Step 2
Deoxidize and Etch
To remove oxides with controlled removal and polishing of base metal. A vareity of deoxidizers for a variety of substrates and situations.
Step 3
ElectroPolish
To obtain a polished surface. Unique room temperature electropolishes (no cooling necessary).
Titanium is a biocompatible metal often used in artificial joints, bone plates, dental implants and other medical devices.
Titanium requires specific chemical solutions to ensure effectiveness and decrease the risk of rejection. RBP Chemical Technology is the leader in development, manufacturing and the distribution of specialty chemical processes for the cleaning and passivation of Titanium and other metal alloys used for implanted medical devices.
