Descale Remover removes the smut left on parts after processing with Alkaline Descale (RDZ-1734) (available from RBP) that could otherwise interfere with subsequent processing, for example electropolishing.

MicroClean EV3 is a deoxidizer for removing oxides on titanium and titanium alloys including Nitinol. It has a relatively benign safety profile due to the absence of hydrofluoric acid. This feature makes this product relatively less aggressive but the product’s effectiveness can be increased by heating.

CoCr Cleaner™
CoCr Cleaner is an acidic bath used for cleaning and deoxidizing cobalt/chromium alloys to render them suitable for medical and aerospace applications. It?s relatively mild nature makes it suitable for light oxides. Use Alkaline Descale (RDZ-1734-5) (available from RBP) for heavier/colored oxides.
CoCr Cleaner may also be used as a chemical polish for 300 series stainless steel. It is more reactive towards stainless steel than on CoCr.

Ti Pickling Solution™
Ti Pickling Solution is formulated for cleaning and deoxidizing titanium and titanium alloys. It is used without or with hydrogen peroxide, which accelerates the cleaning action.Without hydrofluoric acid and with weaker acidity it is a rather mild chemistry, great for lighter oxides and environments with stricter chemical safety rules.
