MicroClean™ 2151
Microclean 2151 is formulated for cleaning titanium and titanium alloys. Without hydrofluoric acid and with weaker acidity it is a rather mild chemistry, great for lighter oxides and environments with stricter chemical safety rules.

ChemPolish RL (RDZ-1934) is an acidic bath used for cleaning, polishing and passivating 300 series (austenitic) stainless steel to render it suitable for use in extreme environments such as high vacuum, medical and aerospace applications. The surface is cleaned completely of any organic contamination and is free of soluble inorganic residues. ChemPolish RL (RDZ-1934) leaves a clean finish, free of etching, hydrogen embrittlement or halide induced stress cracking.
Microclean 2160 is formulated for cleaning and deoxidizing titanium and titanium alloys. It is used without or with hydrogen peroxide, which accelerates the cleaning action. Without hydrofluoric acid and with weaker acidity it is a rather mild chemistry, great for lighter oxides and environments with stricter chemical safety rules.
MicroPolish and MicroPolish II are two inhibited deoxidizers formulated for titanium and titanium alloys including Nitinol. Each product acts as a cleaner/deoxidizer and slow chemical polish effective in removing surface metal oxides but only slowly etching base metals. Of the two polishes, MicroPolish is slightly more aggressive. Overall, the etch rates are low for both polishes when compared to traditional deoxidizing chemistries. They are particularly suitable for applications where avoiding dimensional and weight losses is of critical importance (for example in devices utilizing fine wires).
