Improper Emulisification
Ink takes on too little or too much press mix during emulsification.

| Poor compatibility between ink and fountain solution (Ink is too soft or tacky to allow a controlled emulsification process. Fountain solution is too aggressive to the ink breaking it down too quickly.) | Consult with both your ink and fountain solution manufacturer for better matched ink and fountain solution. |
