Misting
Fine droplets of ink formed on the rollers fly off creating a mist.
| Cause | Cure |
|---|---|
| Too much ink being pushed to reach desired density. | Replace with stronger ink sets to run thinner films |
| Static electricity impacts the roller train. | Ensure press is properly grounded |
| Rollers are worn or are improperly set. | Check roller for durometer and damage. Check roller settings and reset to manufacturers specs |

| Roller train is too hot. | Adjust chill water temp |
